Το "Don't Dream It's Over" είναι ένα τραγούδι από το αυστραλιανό ροκ συγκρότημα Crowded House , που ηχογραφήθηκε για το ομώνυμο ντεμπούτο στούντιο άλμπουμ τους το 1986 .Το τραγούδι γράφτηκε από τον frontman της μπάντας Neil Finn και κυκλοφόρησε τον Οκτώβριο του 1986

Η ζωντανή συνεργασία του Eddie Vedder και του Chris Martin στο “Don’t Dream It’s Over” παρουσιάστηκε στο πλαίσιο του Global Citizen Festival 2016, στο Central Park της Νέας Υόρκης, ένα γεγονός που συγκεντρώνει καλλιτέχνες από όλο τον κόσμο με στόχο την προώθηση των Global Goals του ΟΗΕ. Η συγκεκριμένη στιγμή αποτέλεσε μία από τις πιο συναισθηματικά φορτισμένες εμφανίσεις του φεστιβάλ, καθώς δύο καλλιτέχνες με εντελώς διαφορετικές ηχητικές ταυτότητες συναντήθηκαν πάνω στη σκηνή για να επανερμηνεύσουν ένα τραγούδι που έχει χαραχτεί βαθιά στη συλλογική μνήμη.
 Το κομμάτι, αρχικά κυκλοφορημένο το 1986 από τους Crowded House, ανήκει στο άλμπουμ “Crowded House”
